Technical consulting
Evaluation of alternative post-tensioning, bearing, joint and strengthening solutions at preliminary design stage; techno-economic comparison of systems; tender support with specifications, bill-of-quantities items and take-offs. With 1,000+ projects of experience, EKKAF helps the designer avoid construction difficulties before they reach the drawings.
Application design
Preparation of post-tensioning application designs (tendon layout, stressing stages, losses, protocols), bridge uplifting designs, anchorage drawings and bearing and joint details. For the Fibre Net reinforcement systems, sizing support is provided with dedicated calculation software and standard DWG drawings, in cooperation with the manufacturer's technical department.
Project management
Organisation and supervision of specialised site works: scheduling of stressing stages in coordination with concreting, quality control of materials and workmanship, protocol keeping and project records, crew coordination and site safety. Single-source responsibility from material order to handover protocol.
